A&S Homes participated in the Winnipeg Humane Society’s fourth annual In the Ruff event.
WINNIPEG, September 21 — Continuing its support of the Winnipeg Humane Society, A&S Homes was pleased to sponsor the non-profit charity’s fourth annual In the Ruff presented by Scotiabank (In the Ruff). Since its inception, the In the Ruff golf tournament has been a success for both its participants and the Winnipeg Humane Society.
One of Winnipeg’s most prominent home builders, A&S Homes, sponsored past events for the Winnipeg Humane Society including the Fairmont Winnipeg Paws in Motion that took place earlier this summer.
“Our ongoing support of the Winnipeg Humane Society brings us great joy,” said A&S Homes’ Vice President of Business Development, Frank Spezzano. “Their dedication to creating healthy living environments for these animals is truly amazing, and we’re so happy to continue helping them out.”
A&S Homes believes in a safe, nurturing environment for pets without homes and strives to raise funds and awareness for the Winnipeg Humane Society.
In the Ruff took place on August 20, 2015; included 150 participants; and most importantly, raised over $73,000 in support of the Winnipeg Humane Society.
