WINNIPEG, Aug 26 — A&S Homes, one of Manitoba’s prominent home builders, aims to continue its success at the Fall 2015 Parade of Homes. This past spring, A&S Homes attained ten Parade of Homes awards (four gold medals, two silver medals, and four bronze medals) adding to its already-impressive history of over 200 awards.
“We’re extremely excited heading into Parade of Homes, we’ve been working hard on these homes, and we’re looking forward to everybody coming down and visiting us,” said Frank Spezzano, Vice President of Business Development and A&S Homes. “We were successful this past spring, taking home ten awards. We’re confident the Manitoba Home Builders Association recognizes us once again.”
A&S Homes will showcase its 16 show homes throughout the city. All show homes are built to their Green Bow™ Approved standards that come equipped with industry-leading construction methods and high-quality materials. Green Bow™ Approved standards include high-performance air quality systems, multi-functional uncoupling layers, and low-emission, water-based paint.

The contest runs from September 12, 2015 to October 11, 2015
Parade of Homes, a three-week, bi-annual event, offers new home buyers the latest in the home-building industry. It is scheduled to take place from September 12, 2015 to October 4, 2015.
The 2015 Spring Parade of Homes showcased 131 homes in 36 neighbourhoods constructed by 34 different builders.
