A&S Homes’ Winnipeg Holiday Fun Guide

Submitted on

Happy holidays! The fire is crackling, the smell of fresh-baked gingerbread wafts down the hall, fluffy white snow falls gently outside, and the kids are shoveling the neighbour’s walk.

Now, back to reality. You woke up early to scrape the ice off your windshield again, drove all the way to the store to buy ingredients for gingerbread, forgot the ginger, and now the kids are arguing over what to watch on TV.

However you celebrate the holidays, there can be pressure to make picture-perfect memories every year. At the end of the day, the holidays are about spending time with loved ones. There’s no need to jet off on a magical winter vacay or spend an arm and a leg to make the holidays special. There are plenty of festive and affordable events happening across the city this season that the whole family will enjoy. Take a look at some of the holiday fun happening in the city this season.
