For the well-being of our customers, personnel, and community, A&S Homes is taking precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines  

For the well-being of our customers, personnel, and community, please follow these COVID-19 Safety Guidelines while touring our Show Homes during this year’s parade.  

Face masks are required in all A&S Homes.

Show Home capacity is 8 visitors, in addition to our agents. 

If you wish, you can complete a Pre-Screening Declaration Form, but this step is not required to enter the Show Home. 

You can book a private tour of any Show Home outside of Parade hours.
