Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current business processes across departments, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with business goals and ERP capabilities, integrating seamlessly across functions.
  • Design and document future-state workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart, creating clear process maps for both technical and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications, in line with company standards.
  • Lead training efforts and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful ERP module adoption.
  • Oversee implementation, including data migration, configuration testing, and system setup, ensuring everything aligns with project objectives.
  • Monitor and document long-term system maintenance needs, continually identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability.
  • Generate detailed reports to support effective decision-making.
  • Manage SQL installations of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Server, ensuring smooth interconnectivity between databases.
  • Translate business requirements into a physical data model.
  • Develop new tables, views, triggers, and stored procedures to support business needs.
  • Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing.
  • Ensure robust database security, backup, and recovery processes.
  • Track software versions, fixes, and vendor updates to maintain system integrity.
  • Run ad-hoc reports and create custom views as needed to support business functions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Server, and database design.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and integration processes.
  • Expertise in business process analysis and workflow design (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Skilled in creating technical documentation and system specifications.
  • Experience with data migration, system implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Familiar with database security, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
  • Ability to develop custom views, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Excellent reporting and data analysis skills.
