SERVICE TECHNICIAN/HANDYMAN

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a variety of hand and power tools (drills, nailers, sanders, etc.).
- Pre-pare drywall for painting, finishing and touch-ups as required
- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
- Follow instructions as noted on deficiency forms or work order requests.
- Travel to and from service appointments and report back to the Service Manager and/or Customer Care Coordinator
- maintain clean & efficient work area, remove debris & clean up after each job, take appropriate care to protect client’s property & prevent problems before they happen.
- Ability to work independently or in a team as needed.
- recognition that customer satisfaction is the absolute priority.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ideally you will have this background:
- Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Two or more years of experience in construction
- Experience in drywall finishing and paint touch-ups
- Excellent physical condition
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, diligent, and punctual

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Drywall finisher: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Class 5 (required)
