About You

You are a dynamic administrative professional with a keen eye for detail, thriving on creativity and exceptional customer service (both internal and external). Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive New Home Orientation packages for client walk-throughs.
  • Schedule and confirm client walk-through appointments through written communication and phone calls.
  • Conduct New Home Orientation walk-throughs for all newly built homes.
  • Responsively address clients’ needs and questions throughout the possession phase, troubleshooting and proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the New Home Orientation process to enhance the homeowner experience.
  • Maintain a business casual dress code for all client meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to travel to client orientation sites with your own vehicle.
