Key Responsibilities:
- Follow content plans and create engaging graphics and posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Compile and analyze monthly digital advertising reports.
- Update and manage the company website as needed.
- Assist in preparing internal marketing reports by analyzing sales and lead data.
- Ensure promotional materials are current by coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Experience with CRM systems and automation is a plus but not mandatory.
You will be supported by our internal and external marketing teams who will work with you on:
- Implementing and managing SEO and SEM strategies.
- Executing automated lead generation programs.
- Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal leadership on opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of email marketing software (MailChimp, HubSpot).
- Understanding of SEO and SEM tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics).
- Design skills with tools like Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and the ability to apply basic design guidelines.
- Video skills are an asset but not required.
- Ability to learn and use software and web-based tools (WordPress, etc.).
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a small team environment and demonstrate a collaborative teamwork attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related experience.
Experience:
- Marketing/Communications: 3-5 years (preferred).
- Proficient digital media knowledge: content publishing and engagement platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), search engine marketing and optimization, and reporting tools.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, WIX, etc.), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), email marketing campaign software (MailChimp, HubSpot), and SEO and SEM campaign tools (Google AdWords).
- Skilled in content writing for both print media and web.
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
