You are a dynamic administration professional who is very detail-oriented and who thrives on creativity and customer service (both internal and external). Key Responsibilities


This key role at A&S will involve:

  1. Be responsive to customer needs and answer emails and phone calls promptly
  2. Coordinate appointments between customers and external vendors
  3. Create a positive and memorable experience at all times
  4. Provide excellent customer service
  5. Interact with other departments throughout the organization


Traits and Skills:

  1. You have a proven track record in Customer Service (min 2 years)
  2. Superior communication skills, professionalism, and positive personality
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple programs while communicating with a customer
  5. Ability to act with professionalism with customers in a confrontational or sensitive situations
  6. Demonstrate conflict resolution skills
  7. Knowledge of residential construction is an asset, but not required
  8. You have a high degree of computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a key member of our team
