You are a dynamic administration professional who is very detail-oriented and who thrives on creativity and customer service (both internal and external). Key Responsibilities

This key role at A&S will involve:

1. Generating and maintaining construction schedules including preparing variance purchase orders with documentation when necessary
2. Ongoing spreadsheet maintenance to prepare for weekly meetings
3. Consistent communication with Site Supervisors to ensure timelines are met
4. Communicate with homeowners on the status of construction via telephone and email correspondence to provide updates
5. Prepare documentation and attend regular meetings as required
6. Manage documentation updates for plans, land correspondence, and construction files
7. Daily use of residential construction software systems
8. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with team members, vendors, and when necessary, with homeowners through structured communication

2. Be able to use Microsoft Office 365 & residential construction software
