Summary Description
Efficiently coordinate and create daily schedules for the construction team. Facilitate and participate in meetings to review all files concerning variance purchase orders and trades/sub-contractors promptly. Maintain ongoing communication throughout the build process with homeowners to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, including the preparation of variance purchase orders with appropriate documentation as needed.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of spreadsheets to facilitate preparation for weekly meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with Site Supervisors to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Engage in regular communication with homeowners via telephone and email to provide construction status updates.
- Prepare necessary documentation and actively participate in regular meetings as required.
- Oversee the management and updates of documentation related to plans, land correspondence, and construction files.
- Utilize residential construction software systems on a daily basis.
- Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and, when necessary, homeowners through structured communication.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and residential construction software.
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Effective communicator.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, both individually and within a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Efficient time management capabilities.
- Demonstrates discretion with sensitive information.
