About You
You are a dynamic administrative professional with a keen eye for detail, thriving on creativity and exceptional customer service (both internal and external). Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address customer inquiries via email and phone calls, ensuring responsiveness to their needs.
- Efficiently coordinate appointments between customers and external vendors.
- Consistently create positive and memorable experiences for customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Customer Service (minimum 2 years).
- Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and navigating multiple programs while communicating with customers.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in confrontational or sensitive situations.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of residential construction is an asset, but not
- High degree of computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as a key member of our team.
