How large is the garage? What about a 2nd parking spot?

One garage spot is included with each townhome. The garages are in groups of six spots under one roof, and each group of six garages is divided into three sections. This means that your parking spot will be in what appears to be a two car garage (22 ft deep x 20 ft wide). Your neighbour will have the other spot beside you. Additional 2nd car parking spots are available on selected units.

How much are condo fees? What is included?

Condo fees are $140 per month for all units. This fee covers property management, snow removal, yard care, exterior maintenance, basic limited building insurance, and the initial contribution to the reserve fund.

How effective is the sound proofing between units?

Park City Condos uses one of the most effective sound proofing systems of any condominium development in Winnipeg, with a consistent sound transmission co-efficiency (STC) of 66, which is 3 times greater than the building code requirement of 50. Compared to other wall systems…..

With two show homes that share a common wall, you can actually test the sound proofing yourself. Have your friends, spouse, or kids go next door and scream as loudly as possible. You’ll have to listen very carefully or you may not hear them at all!

What about heating/cooling/windows/insulation?

Where are the telephone and cable jacks located?

Park City homes are fully wired for TV, phone & internet. Cable & phone jacks will be available in all 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and loft.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome, subject to the usual noise and nuisance restrictions.
